Fake accounts?

I joined just over a month ago, but does anyone have any advice on spotting fake accounts? There seems to be a load, but it’s hard to tell haha xx

Hold on image and search image via Google to check for an exact match

If any pop up, most likely fake!

No verifications at all is also a good one...

There is no such thing as a fake account. All accounts are just accounts.

What there are, are liars , fantasists and sometimes socially or mentally ill people pretending to be someone else.

STOP looking for fake accounts and spend your time finding real, legitimate accounts.

I would never spend much time speaking to someone if I was after a meet.

I used to ask for a short video session ( non sexual ) to make sure they were the gender , age etc that they said they were and it was easy to see if we'd click. If they didn't want to, I didn't carry on wasting my time with them.

The SOONER people here realise they waste their own time. They give it away because they think they have a sniff and their FOCUS is all wrong anyway. STOP being a fake hunter and START being an honest , ready and willing hunter.

P.S. This does not mean don't speak to people - it means if it's meeting you are after then take the right measures.

It's easy to blame 'fakes' ....

I agree with Granny.

I don't like video calls so I would ask to meet for a half hour coffee somewhere within a short time. If they don't have time (if they don't have time for that they won't have time for a longer meet) or 'don't do socials' you have your answer. If they agree and don't turn up or are significantly different to how they represent themselves on here at least you've had a hot drink

I don't know about anyone else but you can Google Reverse Image search. And if the persons picture appear online like on Instagram. Then you know. They're fake.

Make sure they are photo verified on here first and foremost.

There are plenty of profiles who haven’t verified themselves on here and that could be a red flag.

I think half an hour gives time for a small slice of cake too so not too bad

Double check their veris and then the account that’s verified them

It should expand to more veris

But I have suspected for a while they probably either are verifying their own accounts through themselves

Or they possibly work with other picture hunters and fake accounts

They will always be on here unfortunately
