Who gets stuff online and how do you rate it? Obviously there are about a million websites selling "stay hard" pills etc.. so what's your best and why?

Get some Sildenafil (medically equivalent to Viagra) from a licensed online pharmacy. Medexpress have a code on their site for 25% off at the moment.

Dark side of ths moon

Best get from gp I say this because they are not sweets and some folk ignore the risks if you have blood pressure, any history of heart issues and more

A quick check by gp takes little time then if doc says you are ok then buy them from where you choose, gp usually gives you 4 per month

Far safer to just go to your GP and get a prescription if you have a need to use such medication. That way you know you're getting genuine products, which dont contain anything dodgy, that won't have negative interaction with any other meds you are on, and that are safe for you to take based on your medical history.

Unlicensed ED meds have been known to carry a significant increased risk of heart attack or cardiovascular events.

Another important reason to see your GP is that ED can be a symptom of more serious conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.

If you do decide to buy online then at least use a reputable, licensed, online pharmacy rather than a dodgy website.

Why not just get over the counter from the pharmacy.

Boots is great and helpful too!

They do a health declaration thing and you get a card to use each time you want to buy some over the counter…discreet and helpful- well at least they were at my local one

I don't need them, but they certainly give an extra kick.

Best ones yet are from Amazon. Ridiculously well priced and last (in my experience) 24 hours minimum.

I used to buy tadalifil 5mg daily tablets (28 tablets) from Lloyd Pharmacy online. they were quite pricey but since each tablet works for around 36hrs or so they lasted a long time as I certainly didn't take them every day. I reckoned that although they were expensive they were still good value for money.

I now get them on prescription from the doctors and they used to prescribe the 5mg 28 day supply but changed this year to only prescribing the 10mg tablets (8 tablets). I will probably only take half a tablet at a time.

I find Cialis (Tadalifil) to be better than viagra as for me I dont get the red face and pressure in my head.
