I have lamb from the farm over the road, roast spuds, sweet potatoes, carrots, cabbage, and tenderstem brocolli to cook and then consume.

A few beers, a film and a Baileys easter egg in front of the wood burner later all cosy.

Similar, some minted peas instead of broccoli and having lemon panna cotta for after and then chocolate easter egg for after, after, several times till is gone. No bragging but is big

I made a big roast yesterday for the family. So I'm having a concoction of leftovers today. Making a sort of shepherds pie thing with diced roast lamb, stuffing balls and veg in gravy, topped with diced up leftover roasties instead of mash, and baked in the oven til hot and crispy.

I made steak with a tomato and rocket salad, onion rings and garlic, rosemary and parmasan chips. It was delicious and pretty naughty given I'm supposed to be on a diet!

Now to clean the house and later reward myself with a small caramel egg.
