I love a good cup of tea.

Milk in first or second alway a delema for me.

If in a pot, milk in first

If tea bag in mug, milk in last

I don't drink tea. Infact, the smell of it makes me gag.

Teabag in mug first and allow it to stew for a bit before adding the milk. Otherwise it’s like witch piss as my dear old mum used to say.

If brewed in a teapot I’d still add the milk after pouring

let it brew for a couple of minuets, then a just a splash milk, never add milk before, it cools the cup and coats the tea bag, it's just wrong.

Milk on the leaves is supposed to block the flavour getting out, as said above I avoid milk direct to the leaves or bag.

Just a dash of milk or it's sickening.

I have also started to sometimes leave the teabag in the cup and then just refill with hot water for 2nd cup.

It's not bitter like I thought it might be. It's very handy 🙂

I always warm the pot too.

Which may seem daft but it's how I was taught and tea is always good. So if it ain't broke don't fix it.

I don't know what the fuck I was thinking

I bring you to my house as a friend in my kitchen

You offer to make the tea

Naturally I say yes

You're my guest so I take the offer gratefully

But then what I see makes my heart burst

You've only gone and put the fucking milk in first!

I don’t even drink tea, but even I know you don’t put the milk in until you’ve taken the teabag out.
