Ageing better, look different to twenty years ago and have more confidence (but not overly) I think that’s more attractive. I have no sense of entitlement in my older years and treat everyone the way I want to be treated. So ageing well inside and out I think

I have used topical collagen creams, gels, masks, serums and been underwhelmed. Short term it feels nice but it doesn’t last. I’m a huge fan of micro needling and laser though - it is my favourite treat to myself!

It is hard to see con’s skin (at 23) and not notice the difference. Put me around other 40 odd year olds and my skin looks nice and plump and bouncy and I feel alright about my ageing.
