A part of your body that you don't like. We surely all must have something?

Mine is very random, but after an accident at work, I ripped my entire thumb nail off. Its grown back but the end is always black.

It looks like I've got a dirty nail and i find myself always explaining the point when I meet people.

I have a scar from my pubes to my top row of abs off a full abdominal incision it doesent bother me but would rather it not be there as it’s herniated slightly in 3 different places and I’m sure my core never been as strong as it was before

Scars are really cool. I have a real life sword scar on my face - it’s very faint now. A fencing rapier got me.

Without sounding patronising, a reminder that what you dislike may be attractive to others.

I struggle with body dysmorphia, it never feels good enough and I compare myself to people with, what I consider, better bodies.

Then I have a lovely lady on here telling me she likes the exact things I hate about myself.

Also, I'm sure there are people out there who would love to have your face/body because they think theirs are worse looking.

Just a case of balancing the weight of our own judgment against others.

You're welcome, I only provide honest thoughts. More than likely both will improve in unison. I put on weight so easily I can look like a different person within a month. It's not easy but you go one day at a time.
