Not the sexual kind... I'm just going to vent here. Anyone else can join in. Nothing too serious.

I feel like moaning today because I've been losing weight. I know, that's good but then this morning the scales were just the same even though I've continued to eat healthily and done sport. I know it's probably muscles and that's why I'm not losing as much as I was before on the scales. Also my clothes are too lose and although I can just about fit in the smaller ones, not comfortably though so I'm stuck in baggy clothes.

There you go. Vent over.

At some point you might probably be told you are pre-diabetic. Then you can't eat stuff all unhealthy. Weight drops off

With us women especially our weight fluctuates with our hormone levels. Congrats on your weight loss and don't sweat the scales. I find it's better to take measurements as you will see a more consistent drop in inches!
