Training exercises are good for practicing. Helps to prepare for real emergencies and reduces the chances of panic or shock from the emergency response team. Or someone with connections or wealth is having a very private party and doesn't want to be disturbed.

Personally I'd be reassured. At least you know they have a plan and are trained for the unlikely eventually.

I've been involved as actor in the past. I had a load of fake injuries applied in makeup then had to act out a scenario whilst the emergency services triaged us all. It was a long day but very eye opening.
