Have you ever had a meet that you were a bit unsure about... The when you got there it freaked you out and you wanted to leave?

What did you do?!

No but had a couple I asked to leave without playing as they were not what they purported to be.

This is one of the reasons I changed my profile name - they can't complain if I get bitchy if the warning is up there!

*nb: First reply is courteous eg: thanks but you're not my type (type is clearly stated in profile). But if they want to know why all bets are off and it's time for some brutal honesty...

Only once, we met in a bar and I just couldn't talk to him, I'm usually very talkative but when I not comfortable with someone it's a case of very stilted conversation.

My OH told him that he wasn't right for us. He did start to say 'oh I've come a long way and I was looking forward to it', but he did accept it without a lot

of fuss. I did feel bad even though the pictures he sent us were obviously not of him and he could have saved us all the embarrassment

Went for a social meet, lady in question was nothing like her pic, she was hard to talk to so I made my excuses and left. Didn't feel bad, there was just no chemistry at all.

Met a guy at his hotel once, stupidly, should have known better but there we go, anyway, got there and he forgot that I needed a key card to get in, receptionist at the premier in must have thought me a working girl, anyway I should have left then but didn't, he came got me, pics must have been 10 years out of date, he was clean and smelt nice but I just couldn't, we sat and chatted for a bit and I explained then that I couldn't go any further, he was very understanding but a little miffed, lucky I managed a quick ring me text and escaped soon after! It's horrible saying no

I had a meet that I was panicking about for over a week. In the end it was great and they said I didn't show myself up by being a jibbering wreck.

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

There are a lot of times when I think 'I can't be arsed' but make myself go and things turn out well. However I met one guy at the pub, had told him no play as I was unsure, and also it was time of the month. He kept bugging me to go home with him, and I kept saying no. After the 4th time he said it I told him that if he didn't respect the word 'no' on a social meet then I would have to assume he wouldn't respect it during a sex meet and I would prefer him to leave. He did.

A couple of other times I have met socially and decided they weren't for me I've been a bit of a chicken and waited til I got home to message them. I hope I am getting a bit braver there though.

I once had to kick a guy out of a hotel room because he blatantly refused to use a condom. He then got all nasty with me via text and messaging and had to report him to admin (on another site though).

Luckily I had booked the hotel in my name!
