I wouldn't get a tattoo myself...

But I'm genuinely curious to know why someone would choose to get a tattoo done on an area where they can't ever admire it, or even see it as its being done..?

This isn't a loaded question by the way.... I am genuinely curious!

One of mine is on my shoulder and unless I look in a mirror I can't see it ......... I wanted it there to drape down my back for the aesthetic appeal

mine have stories to them so I have them in the back of my mind even if I cant see them

I was never ever having a tattoo until 2011 when I was told I wasn't the type of person to, too "normal", so I thought fuck it I will and designed my own.

It is on my left shoulder and can be seen even if people can't read the letters as I designed the font

All my tats have meaning to me the two on my back, cant see but know they are there xx
