£350, no restrictions on second hand games, looks slightly more attractive than the Xbox one physically. whose getting one?

The only thing I prefer about the ps over the Xbox is the controller coz I've got little hands. Ps live is shite compared to Xbox online. As it happens I can't afford either but if I did I'd prob go Xbox. Would like to have a go on each first tho lol x

Personally im a PC gamer, have been for sometime as consoles have their limits etc.

Having looked at both though i would go for the PS4 if only because of the price difference and backwards compatibility.

Seems MS are trying to cash in as much as possible on the Xbox even thoug h they need to realise that consoles are a dying breed lol

think there isn't much point getting them on release, bugs and hardware issues, plus there is still some life left on the old consoles. backwards compatibility is only through cloud servers though, so you will have to keep your old console and games if you want to keep playing them.

and John, give them the choice of sharing the present, not as well as. I really don't see the logic of giving children gadgets of such expense, especially mobile phones

Well having been an Xbox gamer since the 360 was out I was looking forward to the One. I've been left disappointed.

Not seen any videos on the ps4 but from what I've heard, I'm going with Sony this time

Sony pretty much destroyed Microsoft in E3 this week and I'm glad the new Xbox is a prime example of what happens when arseholes are allowed touch money and power lets just hope they fail terribly lol I will be getting a ps4 but certainly won't be getting a spybox one !!

New Xbox restricts borrowing and playing second hand games.

More expensive.

Requires an internet connection.

PS4 is region free.

Will have better exclusives

Developers can self publish on PS4, Xbox at the moment apparently won't allow this.

Early days as of yet, but PS4 is well ahead at the start.

It will be the same as always, first to 10 million units takes market share. Who cares in reality its as sad as the iphone/Samsung Galaxy, who is best debate as people will buy what they like in the main but others will sadly follow tribal branding.

Agreed, its usually excitement for the games rather than the console that make me splash out on one, and thus far I haven't seen anything for the PS4 that I'm interested in.

we got ours on amazon for my sons birthday in jan, it was only £200 and came with a minecraft game.
