I just head to the hills and run up a mountain....makes me feel better and stops me lowering myself to their level

people often shy away from having 'authentic' conversations both in business and socially.

in here however, it's best not to do either of them..

block, laugh and move on.. after always trying to give them the last word in many cases that is really all they strive for.

It takes a great deal to make me angry now, too much has happened to make me waste negative energy on nonentities.

I got myself into quite a state just before Xmas, angry, stressed,fedup,down in the dumps,the list was endless,until a friend of mine got a hold of me(being the phiosopher that they are,they made me see sense....whats the point in losing it,dont solve nowt,once back in control of ones emotions it is nice and enjoyable??

I used to loose my temper in a big way all the time and i am talking 3 or 4 times a day shouting the whole 9 yards.

These days i have calmed down and have not lost my temper for over 20 years.
