Hey everyone,

Just a curious East Anglia lad here (I'm often around Norfolk/Suffolk/Cambs/Essex borders for work and weekends). Been in the lifestyle a good while now, but life got in the way for a couple of years and I'm only just getting back into the swing of things.

Wondering if dogging and proper outdoor/public play is still alive and kicking round these parts in 2026? Or has it gone super quiet compared to say 5–10 years back?

From what I've seen online lately there still seem to be active spots listed (Barton Mills, some of the forest car parks, certain beaches/cliffs in summer, a few laybys that get mentioned regularly), and a few of the usual forum threads still get the odd recent post or "anyone around tonight?" type thing. But is it actually busy in real life? Are people still turning up, especially couples or even just exhibitionist types who like the risk and thrill?

Got a few fantasies that always involved exactly that kind of scenario — pulling over somewhere semi-secluded, windows down or doors open, maybe a bit of watching first then joining in, or just the buzz of maybe getting caught (but not actually getting caught lol). Nothing too extreme, just classic outdoor fun with the right vibe and respectful people.

Is it mainly single guys these days, or are couples still out there making it happen? Anyone local-ish actually been out dogging recently and can say if it's worth the drive, or if it's died off a lot because of more police attention / people being warier post-Covid / whatever?

Just trying to figure out if it's only me who's still got these fantasies buzzing around in my head, or if there's still a decent scene going on in East Anglia. Keen to hear honest experiences — no judgement either way!
