What are the worst cover versions of songs. Maybe it's a song you love that's been butchered or maybe it's just a terrible version of a mediocre tune. I'll accept songs where it's a bit of a reworking/sampling but only if it's really prominent in the song.

I'll start with Abs from 5ive with his terrible reworking of 'Uptown Top Ranking' by Althea and Donna which was called What You Got'.

Seen Catherine Jenkins murder Bryan Adams on Michael MacIntyre at the weekend. Howling!

David Guetta seems to have made a business model releasing 90's songs with 3 or 4 new lyrics and the chorus of the original - terrible.

Honorable mention to the woeful One Direction version of Blondie's One way or another.

The big winner though - Sugababes vs Girls Aloud, absolutely shredding Walk this way by Run Dmc and Aerosmith. Stinking!
