In essence just need a local council to have the balls to promote a swinging weekend..

Find a tourist town coastal or inland that has various types of accommodation..host it during off peak ..accommodation available and cheap..brings in extra income into locality so local business's benefit..

When socialising if youre not chatting to a local you could be chatting to fellow visitor a fellow swinger..
