Did anyone catch the first episode of the new BBC3 fly on the wall 'call center'?. Im always a little bit cynical about these sort of programmes as im sure some scenes are set up, but even if only 50% is real, then the Managing director and main star. Nev, is a mad as a box of frogs(David Brent x10).
