Lamb, chicken, pork in that order. Only like beef if it's processed.

Not a veggie but not really struck on meat either, especially not as a joint or things like steak / chops.

I find i get bored of them whilst eating them

Dont mind a ham sandwich or a bacon buttie and the odd chicken breast, but other than that, I very rarely touch meat these days.

Favourite cut of steak is Rib Eye, followed by Rump, cooked rare.

I like my own beef burgers. Love slow cooked brisket/skirt/etc...

Chicken needs to be thighs, or wings, and I love the skin. I used to eat the breasts only when I was younger. Don't mind drumsticks if they are not too dry.

For lamb I like the breast, meaty ribs, leg chop, shoulder or leg.

For pork, definitely the belly, with or without skin, also meaty ribs, and boneless shoulder steak.

Cote de Boeuf, cooked slightly over rare. Although Rib-eye is close to it in terms of the way it's cut, there is nothing quite like it done well... and in France
