In a frying pan with eggs, mushrooms sausages and fried bread, good portion of baked beans and cheese over the top. Mug of tea. Sorted- heart attack on a plate! Great hangover cure too. It will either kill or cure you. lol Oh and brown sauce is a must!

Pour it off half way. Crisps up a treat. No mess if you use foil and less fat.

It has to be smoked streaky for me, fried till crispy, and I would cut off the rinds and fry them separately until crispy, yum!

DON"T grill it. Fry, and keep the fat to cook all those other low-carb, yummy things.

Reply privatelyReply in forumReply +quote

Cut off the rind and fat, cut that into small pieces and put in a VERY hot pan. Couple of minutes later add the rashers and carry on frying. Add a knob of butter when almost finished, then chuck in a slice of bread. Once the bread is done, tip it all out onto toast, with the fried slice in the middle. No sauce allowed.

Spend a bit more money and buy dry cured bacon and grill till crisp. This way you dont get all the nasty fluid seeping out, that they inject it with

"How should bacon be cooked?"

Regularly, and in vast quantities!

Everything else is negotiable.

Bacon should be cooked by your partner and it should be served as the partner wakes up.
