Reading some of the comments about the bgt winners on facebook, im shocked by the amount of nasty racist comments people are writing. Surely if people didnt want them in the competition then they wouldnt of voted for them? I thought they were very good and it was something totally different to see

That'll be those bluer than True Blue Brits that haven't a clue about their own country. I despair sometimes.

Other nationalities have been entering the competition for a few years now. It doesn't appear to be against any of the rules. They won the public vote.

It would have been nice if someone British won though. I don't think that's being racist. It is a talent show for Britain! I think a lot of people accuse others of being racist, when in a lot of cases they're just pointing out the facts. Attraction were very good, but i was dissapointed a British act didnt win.

Correct.

Aren't we in the E.U. After all ?

So if Attraction had obtained British Nationality before competing would you be okay with that ? Would they be 'British' enough then ?

I thought they were brilliant , original , emotive and clever !!

Thoroughly deserved to win, dont care where they are originally from they come up with something innovative and captured people emotions and they were talented !

Well done to them

Right you two ....!

Yes! There are loads of people who have done it for eons before them.

On you tube there are quite a few shadow shows.

New York being one of my faves..

I liked the shadow show but ANYONE can do it. Not anyone can sing or dance or play an instrument or tell jokes well..... WHICH incidentally Jack Carroll can't .... I didn't find him funny. Pretty mediocre really.

Brilliant NO.

Original NO.

Emotive DEPENDS on the viewer.

I'll settle for creatively clever and agree they deserved to win as much as any other act.

I'm just a light source away from being famous ...

Surely if its been done so much before then the fact theses guys won can only be a good thing and raise the profile of other such shadow performers ??

Personally i thought it was brilliant and have not seen anythign like it before so therefore its original to me and innovative because it told an emotive story.

Congrats to them and im glad they won.

Who cares? Didn't watch it but if the great British public voted then why are they now bitching about it?

steve or francine would have been my choices.

jack wasnt even that funny, singers should be on the x factor and the kiddy acts just annoy me.

well the show is called Britain's Got Talent, not EU's Got Talent, so I can see the point that some people been making about nationality, and Northern Ireland isn't part of Britain. To include NI, it would be UK's Got Talent. What a minefield.

Maybe just call it the Simon & David Show?

Worthy winners - compared to the others, yes. Compared to what we've come to expect from such shows, no.

O o O oo

I have only just watched it...and although I thought their other routines were good, I thought last nights was rubbish, the shapes were not as good as the others so I wouldn't have had them down to win.

It does seem odd that someone from another country wins a Britains got talent show though...I am guessing they don't live here then?

Why would it have been nice? Their act in final was more 'British' then anyone else's.

"Bet all the people moaning about the winner hadn't picked up a phone and voted themselves though. "

I voted several times during the semi finals, and last night voted for Richard and Adam. Fair do's, Attraction won with the majority of the votes. They were very good and they seem like a nice bunch. However, it doesnt change the fact that they're not a british act, so i think i'm entitled to a 'moan' as are others....
