For all of those fabsters out there with a dog. Did

you choose your dog or did they choose you. We have a 9 year old collie x German shepherd. Had him from a pup and he def chose us.

Blake chose me when I went to the dogs home. I got him out he licked my ear and he came home the next day. He's now a very looked after boy!

I have 2 basset hounds.. Although I kinda chose them, I knew I wanted a basset, they both came through basset rescue so neither of us had a choice. We were all just thrown together. Fat Stan smells like he possibly does about 4 years ago but his brain hasn't told him so yet, Frank the freak is a little odd and must be crossed with a kangaroo or gazelle somewhere down the line. Having said all that, I love them both dearly, and couldn't imagine not having either of them

I always wanted a retired racing greyhound but got turned down because I live in a privately rented house. If I owned or rented a housing association/council house it would have been ok.

I was left with no other option than to find a puppy privately.

I found a litter of Lurchers advertised in the ad mag and dragged hubby along to have a look at them. He promptly fell in love one who is now a 5 year old called Oscar

Mine is officially re-homed, as he was my late partner's dog originally.

I decided to keep him as my own after his death.
