So let’s hear from anybody who’s made an appearance on the tele!

I’ve been in 4 episodes of a Sky sitcom called Mount Pleasant as a house party guest, a football scout, a fun-runner and a policeman.

Many years ago (late 1980s I think) local telly did a feature on a comics shop in Manchester. I was one of the customers they spoke to, I remember enthusing about "The Badger" by Mike Baron, from one of the smaller independent publishers. If you've heard of it then you must be a fellow comics geek 🤪

When I was about 12 I was one of a group of us picked from the school choir to sing a song together in some kind of Christmas story programme with Christopher Lillicrap which was filmed in my town.

I found him really creepy with weird twinkly eyes and had nightmares about him chasing me through woods 😂.

Back when I was 13, the Upper 6th Engineering Science class had worked on an early prototype motorised wheelchair. There was a BBC programme at the time called Young Scientist of the Year. Our school had made it to the final with the wheelchair project so we were allowed a number of us to attend the filming. When I saw the programme on telly, 2 of my classmates were sat directly behind the presenter so got lots of airtime. I only caught a brief glimpse of me as the camera panned round the audience at the beginning 😪
