My attempts at a dating life are going from bad to worse. Not even looking for relationships at this point just chances to get to know someone and have a connection.

Been talking to a guy for weeks on video call every night and he even booked train tickets for tonight from Manchester to Durham! Thought he was a safe bet. I’ve been ghosted all today lol.

This has happened countless times to me actually in some form or another. My theory is if you give a guy with limited trans experience too much time to think he’ll ghost, cancel or block. It’s why my profile I usually just do meets on the same day or evening as pre arranged meets are so unreliable for trans people. People have said “oh you’re beautiful you’ll find someone” don’t seem to understand that when you’re trans it’s the gender that’s the issue with dating not how good you look.

I even changed my weekend plans for him! You literally can’t take any meets seriously.

What a prick. I get ghosting on here. But when you've made plans with someone, chatted to them. At least have the decency and courtesy to say I'm not feeling it all the best.

It is ridiculous. It is wasting your time and effort too.

He showed me his train tickets as proof but he must of got refunded for them.. glad I don’t travel for meets.

Ah him well i am glad you didn't have to lose any money then if he did sod him he broke the plans x
