Huggy Friends.

We've just had an amazing week. My wife's best friend and her ex bf joined us for 5 days and during that time she was always curled up with one of us getting that amazing Oxytocin. We are poly anyway but it was wholesome and joyful to see her getting that much love and intimacy.

We just dropped off the last of them to the airport and on the way back we were chatting and the subject came around to the fact that, over time, I had lost my huggy friends. The people who I was comfortable enough to curl up with on a sofa under a duvet and play games or watch a film. The type of person you can curl up and nap with.

So I'm curious. Have you had friends like this? Do you still have them? Did you lose them as you all grew up and had families, careers, etc.

I had a female friend who likes to sit on my lap if weather warm outside. Seafront so people can see us! We chat and have a coffee.

That's an amazing vibe.

It was something different! Bit of a cheeky thrill to be honest.

I used to have friends I would hug and hang out with. Not anymore. We all grew up, work, other commitments. I do miss that.

Hug, yes. I hug most of my friends. Even hold hands occasionally. Snuggle, no. It's only sexual partners that I can be that physically intimate with. I just don't feel comfortable cuddling up to someone if there isn't a mutual attraction.

I've never had huggy friends. I'm not a hugger myself which might be the reason

I have a buggy friend like this but she does my head in if she falls asleep as snores like a fucking rail road train.

But she is one of the only people who constantly touches and hugs me and I dont mind it
