I've seen a few programmes on male to female ts and obviously a few profiles on here.

So if there's any reading this I'm geniunly interested in knowing...

1. Are you recognised as a female legally?

2. Have you had the gender reassignment surgery?

3. If not why not? Do you intend to at some point?

4. If you are a woman stuck in a mans body (for want of a better explanation) and cannot for whatever reason have the final surgery, do you still use you mans bits for anything but peeing? I spoke to one TS who said she was disgusted by it and as much as possible pretends its not there!!

TIA. Just would love to hear some views from actual TS instead of what I see on the telly xx

"Walk on the Wild Side" is a Lou Reed song from his 1972 second solo album Transformer. It was produced by David Bowie. The song received wide radio coverage, despite its touching on taboo topics such as transsexuality, drugs, male prostitution and oral sex. In the United States, RCA released the single using an edited version of the song without the reference to oral sex.

The lyrics, describing a series of individuals and their journeys to New York City, refer to several of the regular "superstars" at Andy Warhol's New York studio, The Factory, namely Holly Woodlawn, Candy Darling, Joe Dallesandro, Jackie Curtis and Joe Campbell (referred to in the song by his nickname Sugar Plum Fairy). Candy Darling was also the subject of Reed's earlier song for The Velvet Underground, "Candy Says"

I really don’t know the answer to your questions. But do know from conversations I’ve had with people undergoing transition, that even though it’s just word play, they much prefer the term corrective surgery rather than reassignment surgery.

However in saying that, I can only imagine the emotional turmoil of anyone trapped in the wrong body whose been told full gender correction surgery is not available to them, therefore I’d be happy to call them whatever gender they felt best suited their inner feelings… ...

Ok in answer to the questions.

1. Yes I am.

2. Not sure it's anyone else's business really to ask as to my genital situation in real life but here I'm quite happy to admit I'm still pre-op

3. Reason for above is the huge NHS waiting lists on gender clinics and surgery. I am going to have facial surgery in the next year probably and ive been on HRT for about 20 months now.

4. I'd rather people forgot its there. I use it to pee through and to be honest hate it when men particularly want to give me a bj. That frankly is about the last thing I want as it confuses the hell out of me. I do occasionally let women make me climax but only because I'm kind of ok with that having been married before.

Thank you all for kind words. Much appreciated. When we don't see ourselves often that way it is nice that others do see us as the women we are.
