Wellingborough

"Laws controlling pornography in England and Wales need to be strengthened to make it illegal to download staged rape images, campaigners say."

What are your thoughts?

Personally I think if it carries on like this, you will not be able to go to the cinema and watch a film that has anything violent or sexual in it.

They can make it illegal, but of people want to see it badly enough they'll find a way of getting hold of it...

Totally pointless.

I think legislation never stopped anyone intent on committing crime……

But without laws to be broken there is no case for prosecution of those who do!

yeah, sumit like that...

They want to change the law to make it illegal though.. Make it illegal to have photos or films that depicted acts of rape or abuse. Even where it is all fantasy and the people are involved are all consenting people over the age of 18.

but how can you tell its all fantasy? i think if its real images of rape then its a different thing..

also should this not then cover other fantasy pictures like teacher pupil as that is a fantasy of peadophilila right?

That’s a very interesting point,,,,,,,I hear what your saying about dressing up for role-play, but does that constitute the same level of simulated personal violation as the image of violent rape portrays?

I guess it could easily be argued that it does !

Most of the american stuffs starts with a quick intro of the girls about to star and at the end they talk about how much they enjoyed it and reinforce they were not cohered and what not.

Not that I would know that
