The latter, the best way to liken it (I think) that most people will understand, a paramedic is like a teacher, and a tech is like their teaching assistant. A tech can be trusted to do most things, but there are certain procedures only a paramedic can do.... Hence why they get the film star wages, that's a joke, they really don't.

Yes, and hopefully a masters too, and depending on how that goes, I'd like to do a PHD. There's a couple with that now working as consultant paramedics. They're the ones with the film star wages.

You're all getting close now(except for one, you know who you are ). Last clue..... I am worried that one of my customers is a member of the site and may "shop" me and that would bring the curtain down on this game!!!!

Feel like a right stalker.

In my imagination, you are a high flying lawyer/philanthrepist, but represent the people cos you're a billionaire and came from a poor family. You were the first person in your family to go to uni and you aced it all.

So please don't shatter my illusions

In real life I think you could be a legal secretary

Not made it to billionaire status yet but you're pretty spot on. First one at uni, only because I'm the eldest, my sisters are brighter (and richer) than me. I'm a personal injury specialist, and I train, tutor and mentor trade union lay officers.

Okay, have a go at mine: My job can sometimes feel like a music hall plate-spinning act... only in my case the plates are aircraft. I have to something of a chameleon, an agony aunt to some, an authority figure to others. But after spending between 30 and 90mins at close quarters with me, I need to make sure that my customers are full of confidence that I will be there to go through it all again with them a day, a few days, often a week or two weeks later.

So what do I do for a job...????
