feeling pleased with myself

Well as some of you may know ive just started trying to shift some weight and despite me being convinced i hadnt lost anything ive just been to my first weigh in and have lost 5lb so im feeling pleased with myself and wanted to share this

I lost 4 stone last year and seem to have hit a brick wall, stayed the same for months, its hard work!

im planning on exercising more than i have been and am determined to shift it this time ive got a good man who supports me so i think it will be easier than before when i had a guy who wanted me as big as possible

That must have taken a lot of hard work and dedication ! I managed to loose 1 stone, then decided to have a break and put it on again.

it's hard when you have been with a feeder.. support makes all the difference. I am so happy for you x

Well done, thts awesome! lost 3 stone over 2 years, I know that it sounds like it was over an extended period but I didn't intend to lose it if I am honest. I felt a lot better for it though. I lost just over 2 dress sizes. U will certainly notice th difference & so will others. ...x

thanks cali i am much happier now Sir is supporting me in my weightloss but not controlling it hes just supporting me and wants me to be happy
