"Why do people think Fab Forums are a bad habit?

It has become a habit for me and it's a bad one as I find myself logging on and having Fab running in the background as I work from home. When I have a block I end up reading something on here that leads me to respond.

Now, crunching ice is a very West Indian thing to do so I don't think of that as a bad habit as it's just what you do with ice.

Swallowing is not a bad habbit its the right thing to do....i have however taken up on a bit of bitching of late also and buying plug ins how many of the things am i ever going to need!!!

Oh and buying knickers....

Happens less now than it used to when I was younger but I can get mild night terror, shouting out in my sleep and sweat dripping off me, sitting bolt upright in my sleep.

Made me a bit of a nightmare to sleep beside, pun intended, my ex used to rage about it.
