"How sedentary are you? The more you move and burn energy the more you'll need food. I ask because things like nuts and oil are high calorie, but it's all about balance really and just throwing more in your diet will work but isn't for the best. The sensible answer is little by little and making sure you eat small meals often. How do people do it as i need to get more calories in for HRT but really struggling Any tips would be great. "I struggled with this for years so I understand the pain and annoyance at no one else understanding 🫠 Once I started tracking everything I realised that even though I was ‘bad’ foods I simply wasn’t eating enough, I only eat when I am hungry but a few years ago I could go days in between full meals and was replying on black coffee to get my through. I had to train my brain to be hungry as I had suppressed the desire for so long. I am still not perfect but I certainly eat more often and make sure I’m eating lots of healthy fats and proteins. Inbox is always open to discuss more as I get it’s quite personal 🙂" This is literally me but with nicotine. I have been days without eating because of it. I guess too im not a food person either like i eat because i have to rather than pleasure currently Its so hard to actually start to eat as i quickly get full and waste so much | |||
