It's that time of the year when you start thinking about what went well and what you would like to achieve next.

Every year i usually set 2 or 3 objectives and i promise to myself to achieve all of them even if, to be honest, i struggle to reach my target.

What's your new year resolution? How do you plan or draw a roadmap to achieve your goals?
