In the canteen at work, colleagues bring in books they've finished reading.

I read a few of them in paper form and have them on my kindle but I'm into elves and dragons - just started dragon charmers last night (onto chapter 10!) as finished all of Terry brooks Shannara stories which I love (despite similarities to LOTR which i also like)

Now that Malorie Blackman is the Children's Laureate try some of hers. Writing for young people but very interesting.

I'm reading a funny book from 1938, Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day. Cocaine and sex in the first few pages.

Some you do and some you don't - just have to search - my trilogy of dragon charmers was 4.99 but the intro short story was free. Anything copyright free is usually free - got most of Charles Dickens and Shakespeare free as writer died over 50 years ago. Just search the net for free e-books

I like the Christine Feehan Dark series, there is a romance to them and some rather raunchy parts, but I quite like the chase and the fights, you really imagine what the bad vamps are like...very very good books in my opinion
