Well it's that time of year again sneezing fits and runny nose! Tablets and spray doesn't work for me any suggestions?

Get to the docs and ask for the KENALOG injection. Works wonders. One jab and that's you covered. Only trouble is, some docs don't like it as it is a steroid but its worth fighting for. As a lorry driver it's great for me as I have no side effects

my friend used to have the injenction as mentioned above ...but like they said its a steroid, and if they do give it you it'l only be for a limited time
