I'm an early to bed and early to rise girl. Only times I normally lack sleep is after a particularly great meet when I keep replaying it in my head or if the cats wake me up

I normally sleep through no problems. I have little distraction in my bedroom unless letsbe is there lol no tv etc and I think that helps
