Well today for me its Assorted Toffees and I pick them over so start of with best ones Liquorice toffees I sall move to mint toffees when thay have gone , lol.

Yeah something to do with each Starburst being individually wrapped. Your body can't see the sugar inside so it thinks it isn't there.

Also it's worth pointing out that because you ate them quickly you would have burnt up any sugar your body may have inadvertently seen anyway.
