WE and VWE

What do women and men class as WE and VWE as I see this on alot of profiles I'm around 7" and don't class myself as WE or VWE but as the current average size is 5.5" does this class me as WE or do you need to be 8"+ to be classed as WE

spoke to a guy the other day who was about 6 inches but claimed to be vwe, so guess its down to personel opinion, i would say 7+ we 9+ vwe.
