My back is hurting too much to let me sleep which is bloody annoying as I'm a very tired person now and can't take any more pain medication for an hour!

I know how that feels. I recently got my painkillers upgraded tho so I can't blame my back for being awake tonight

Have had a slipped disc and occasionally suffer from sciatica, I can only take Codeine due to the Warfarin I also have to take so (((HUGS)))

I also suffered from sciatica, but a trip to have acupuncture seem to have solved my problem it's been 4 years since I had pain, does not work on everyone but worth a gamble

Argos sell a vibrating pillow / cushion which is the best £25 I ever spent....
