becoming a site supporter

i have tried many times to become a site supporter i cant reply to the text number it comes back as failed and i cant ring the number given either i have wrote to the addmin but so far have had no reply is it just me or has anyone else from ireland or uk have the same problem any advice would be appriciated from members or the site add min thanks
