Brilliant series with a brilliant writer - John Curtis. The man behind Not The Nine O'clock News AND Blackadder. Quite a stable of cult icons to have under one's belt.

Have to admit our favourite is the university challenge where viv sticks his head out of the train window and spends the afternoon kicking it along the tracks - aww really miss the old trains with proper carriages

The University Challenge episode was the pinnacle of British Comedy I think.

Mel Smith (ass the security guard at the BBC): You can't bring that pig in here!

Vivian: Er.. it's not a pig, it's a ferret.

Mel: It looks a lot like a pig to me.

Vivian: Well, just a John Merrick was known as The Elephant Man, Bacon Sandwich here is known as the Pig Ferret.

Mel: Ah, well that's alright then. In you go.

Vivian: Aha! Gotcha! It's not a ferret really, it's a pig!

Neil: Yeah, have you had enough, Nazi, or do ya want some more!

Classic!!!!!
