For me it was through programmes on channel 4 before that I’d never heard of swinging.

I had been curious about it for many years, never imagining I'd actually experience it firsthand.

After my move to the UK and subsequent separation, I took the plunge shortly after. Never been able to revert to complete vanilla since.
