Yeah I didn't feel any more energy or anything but I don't eat drink clean and only kept up for few weeks think you need do it for few months

Nope.

Having had a quick look, the limited number of studies done have only been done on mice.

Supplements are wholly unregulated and largely only a money making scheme.

Unless you've got a specific reason to try it and spend the money. I'd give them a miss.
