"Just had a lovely Madras at my local pub

Madras.

The one and only time I even remotely attempt one of them is when I've got the Flu! It clears me right out...and comes out looking exactly the same as it went in..I'm THAT talented.

My favorite curry has to be Chicken Tikka Kharai, with plain Naan Bread, Poppadoms and Onion Bhajis.

I'm such a greedy bastard muahaha!

Mr likes them stupidly hot, he won't eat anything milder than vindaloo and often goes for a tindaloo or even a phal!

I like lamb bhuna or rogan josh.

Torquay

Kurzi Lamb at the Eastern Eye in Newton Abbot, Devon.

It's a special meal they make for a table of Four or Six.

Basically it's a whole marinated leg of lamb cooked all day long.

Lubberly Jubberly.....

Garlic chilli chicken and a 10m wide perimeter exclusion zone the next day

For those chilli heads among us - check out the west dean chilli festival normally held in August - it's awesome!
