Not being a fan of sci fi I have struggled my way through reading the first two...

do I bother with the Third in the series?

Suzanne Collins...it's set in the future with 24 contestants from 12 states fighting to the death. Last man/woman standing wins

You might as well just to finish the trilogy. I quite liked them. Don't think the film was great tho.

I think they were written for teenagers (I might be wrong!) I bought them as got a great deal and will admit, I never got round to finishing the 3rd one which is not like me! So I know what you mean!

I have watched the film and it is good my son read the book and hes very much a sci fi person star wars harry potter not so much star trek xx
