People are really naive about how strong the suns rays are. Bit like BB sex- don't take any chances!

not far from iceland,,,,,, tescos is nearer though :-) (near leeds)

Hottest shpwer you can stand, that ll take the sting / heat away for a bit,

lots of aftersun , aloe Vera is top stuff,,,

unless you have a dark complexion your skin will start to burn (without sunscreen) after about ten minutes,,

Aloe Vera will cool it down but if it blisters a damp towel on the affected area

Plain yogurt soaked on a tee shirt.. Buy sun cream and use it . After two bouts of skin cancer in 4 years you learn .

Nice cool shower to cool it down for as long as you can then aloe vera or aftersun which has been kept in the fridge will feel it and make you jump but will work .. then keep it moisturised
