Yes, tried it a few times over the years. It was grim to be honest. Hard work and full of people I just wasn't ever going to be remotely interested in.

However, I know people who actually love it so the problem is likely me.

You have nothing to lose by trying it. At best you meet someone wonderful, at worst you have some stories you can laugh about x

yeah thats what I've assumed it would be like. I thought id give a cpl of dating sites a go and all the men over 40 are just not my type at all.

It is nerve-racking to begin with. Need to go with an open mind and no expectations.

Many years ago before I transition in the old days of me being just being guy. I went on a speed day event with my mate as we was both single. It was very funny and met some right nut jobs but we had a crack and then at end we just went out for food after

No matches though but was an interesting event to meet different types
