When I was in the army in 1997 (NI) before the age of the internet. I used to write personal erotic stories for some of the lads to send to their girlfriends.

They'd would show me a picture, or describe their partner, and I'd write a short erotic story for them based on the info they gave.

Think they paid me in beer tokens.

Anyway, I reckon I could do some more for partners.

at school it was acceptable to write once a upon a time, at the bottom of the garden....

but it be belived it has to be personal.

I recently read a novel about the Sri Lankan civil war.

It was believable.

It had fuck all to do with me.

I always found that generating ideas was the easy part. The hard part is building on them, having credible, or indeed incredible characters is harder. Then the hard edits, rewrites and knowing when to leave it the fuck alone - all difficult.

Good ideas need to be exorcised, puked down, purged.

Bad ones are ten a penny.

Just turn on your tv.

I like to think, based on the replies I got, I'm not bad at the stories I erotic stories or scenarios I write too. I don't do it often anymore as I write in so much detail, it takes a while to get a full story out. An old friend of mine dared me as a joke as she said it would be hard to write something like an erotic novel like the kind she reads for me to get her excited. So I did a quick one to show her how easy it is and she said she was impressed. If only I could make them cum true. 😁
