Ok most of you know I'm not techno minded so a little bit of help needed please. If I download puffin to allow me to view the cams on here do I then use puffin to open fab on and now I'm reading this it's a very silly question course I do

Yes you use Puffin tab to open Fab, but I found it very unstable.

Naaaah.... The software is fine.... It's the Fabsters that are unstable....
