Only ever happened to me once and it didn't burst but came off...you don't stress out as no point when its happened go get yourself checked if not using birth control go sort that and hope for the best.

I had one come off during use. I wasn't on any other contraception at the time so I got emergency contraception (first time in my life, cringe) and went to sexual health clinic shortly after for tests. All worked out fine but prompted me to get backup contraception too as could do without that worry! I was mid cycle and am pretty fertile as it is.

If it happens it happens but responsible swingers should be checked by their gum clinic at least every 3 months anyway.

Lots of couples we know have these tests often, even though it don't make you bullet proof it makes it easy for clinics to pin point STD outbreaks & warn infected parties.
