For some reason it’s your core muscles that will hurt for a few weeks. Mine ballooned up for about 5 days (watch you don’t kick them putting your socks on!) and went completely black! ( no one tells you about that!)

I had it done and it was fine. A trip to the GP surgery. Local anaesthetic. Finished in half an hour. The following day booked off work. It was all absolutely fine and I'm glad I had it done.

Everyone is different I guess... I was back at work on a construction site 2 hours after having the snip.. (just wearing tight budgie smugglers to stop things bouncing around down there) ... No issues when I had mine. Avoid tight fitting underwear for a little while.

When you cum, you’ll get a presence of blood in it for the first few times. Don’t panic, this is normal.

When you’re ready to get back into action. Avoid doggy style for a few weeks. The slap against an ass was sensitive for a few weeks afterwards

And if you’re close enough to deliver a sample within 30 minutes. It may be an idea to do it at home. The clinic had a room next to the reception with a dingy looking leather chair to go in to produce your sample for testing. That option wasn’t for me, I made my sample at home and dropped it off
