How I think the biggest loss from learning using the internet is people losing that ability to do the mental gymnastics of research, pondering, making connections, figuring out which volume(s) of the encyclopedia to look up. Hopping from section to section and topic to topic. Making connections your own self. It's a skill people are losing because google/etc do the heavy lifting now. | |||
