A partner = I would probably live with or have things at each other's gouses

FWB = We have a sleepover every so often and nothing is left in either property.

FWB = good sex no hassle, that's the benefit and your still friends after.

Partner = constantly having to explain things and grovel to get any sexual pleasure.
